We use the United States Postal Service for all our orders. We currently do not ship international addresses; however, we are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
WE OFFER $8.98 FLAT RATE SHIPPING (VIA UPS) ON ALL ORDERS under $99 SHIPPING TO THE 50 US States. We offer free shipping for orders over $99.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the address provided at time of order is complete and correct. We have no control nor responsibility for the Shipping/Delivery process. Once an item is shipped, we at Mountain Dog Chews will provide you a Tracking Number by email, please be sure to check you spam filter setting to ensure allowance of the tracking information.
DELIVERY & INSURANCE OPTIONS
Insurance will cover the cost of the item(s) in your order. All USPS Insurance Claims and USPS Claims processing will the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

If you decline the Insurance & Signature Confirmation option offered to you at the time you purchase, Mountain Dog Chews is not responsible nor obligated in any way to refund or replace Lost, stolen, or otherwise missing item(s) that may or may not have been delivered by the USPS.
We stand behind our products. Our return policy is to offer a refund of the product price (excluding any amounts of shipping expense incurred by us or you) if you are unsatisfied for any reason; provided, however, that you, the customer, are responsible for returning to us the product in unopened, saleable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to effect a return, we need to be notified within one week of your receipt of our products, after which time all sales are final.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the appropriately returned merchandise.
If you received free or discounted shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when effecting your return.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns of any used items or any antler chew products due to safety concerns.
At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you will never need to return any product to us.
