Our Large Center-Cut Split elk antler Mountain Dog Chews are perfect for dogs between 35 to 95 pounds, depending on your dog's individual chewing temperament. These chews provide the best of both worlds...tons of long-lasting chewing enjoyment and easy access to a boat-load of tasty marrow!

We have found that our Center-Cut Split chews tend to be most favored by dogs – not surprising, as puppies, seniors and all dogs love ready access to the yummy, nutrient-rich marrow. As our antler chews are expertly hand-cut, OUR split chews are a safe and satisfying treat. Dogs literally go nuts over our Center-Cut Split chews!

Offered on a per-piece basis (that is, Qty 1 = 1 chew).

Average Dimensions:  Our Large Splits average 3/4 of a pound each! They are hand selected for consistency and will typically measure 8 inches to 10 inches and, if not sliced into a single half, would vary in average diameter from 2 inches to 2.5+ inches.

Original vs Hickory-Smoked - Mountain Dog Chews are now available in two varieties, ORIGINAL ANTLER (Our Straight-Up Fresh Antler) or our NEW HICKORY SMOKED (Lightly Smoked with real Hickory wood adding the distinct aroma, flavor and color of natural Hickory Smoke. Our Hickory-Smoked antlers are only made after you order,  Smoked antlers will cost an additional $7.50 per each antler chew. Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer returns on Hickory-Smoked Antlers.

Every antler chew is naturally unique and will vary, accordingly, in size and shape, weight/density and hue of color. However, all Mountain Dog Chews elk antler chews are sourced only from Grade A+ elk antler – the best one can purchase.

As with all consumable chew toys, please supervise diligently your pet when providing this antler chew. Once this chew has become worn down to a size that could pose a choking and/or swallowing hazard to your pet, please discard responsibly, and replace with a new Mountain Dog Chew!

    Still chewing and a lot to go

    Your elk antlers have been chewed on since they arrived. If one of the dogs is chewing on one the other one comes over and wants that one and vice versa. It has kept our four month old puppy from chewing anything in the house - the greatest pacifier for her and us. They are true to size and let me tell you you have some really big elk out there. The netting packaging is great - sure beats trying to get thru shrink wrap all around them. Package came swiftly and very well packaged considering the weight. Bottom line you have hooked both Zeffi and Meika on your Mountain Dog elk antlers. They LOVE THEM.

    My Australian Shepherd and my Border Collie mix have other antlers but they seem to prefer Mountain Dog Antlers. This purchase is our second.

    Great,but doesn't last as long

    I love the concept of the split antler...more marrow means more love, but once the marrow is gone, they don't care about the antler. These are really big size.

    Perfect for English Bulldogs and Mastiffs

    My Bulldog and Mastiff LOVE these bones! We have tried other brands, but they are smaller and about the same price or slightly more expensive, but they seem "stale" for a lack of better words. My dogs have never paid much attention to other brands so I have been buying these from MDC. They last a VERY long time. I only need to buy a few of them every couple years. These are great products.

    Great antler

    This large sized elk antler arrived just as I expected. It is roughly 8 inches long, and is a great chew for my German Shepherd. He immediately took to it and spends time chewing the marrow from it. I am confident from the company this is a top rated chew and feel safe giving this to my dog

    "Birthday Present" for the Neighbor's Dog-Two Paws Up

    Since I buy these for my dog, I bought one for the neighbor's dog for her "birthday". I am told she gave it "two paws up!". I have been buying Mountain Dog Chews for some time now and am very satisfied with the product, their prompt shipping and proud to give them as gifts to all my dog's best friends!

    I ordered the large split elk antler as I have a 75 lb pit bull that loves to destroy everything. These actually keep him occupied and last a considerable time. Exactly as advertised and came quickly. Will definitely purchase again!

    First up I have to say my dogs LOVE the these! They like the smoked ones the BEST! But, they are a tad expensive, so I can't get as often as I wish I could. Glad I found a place I can get them quickly, high quality, and WHAT IM LOOKING FOR :)
