2- Pack Mammoth Quarter-Split Elk Antler Dog Chew

Our Golden Retriever has been enjoying Mountain Dog Chews for several years but it wasn't until the last month I realized just what a lifesaver their products are. Our dog is recovering from kneecap surgery and CCL surgery. He is to remain "calm and somewhat activity restricted" for up to 16 weeks. He is thoroughly enjoying his Mountain Dog Chews. It helps with the burn off the energy that he is unable to do by running, taking long walks and playing. The "bones" as we refer to the antlers have been a true blessing sent from Heaven. Our soon to be 11 year old Newfoundland, Kodiak, absolutely loves the quarter split elk antlers!! He searches the house and toy bins and shelves looking for his antler ! He was able to chew down the antler in 2 days, so will be re-ordering, as well as trying the half-split for longevity, LOL! This is the only "bone" that he chews!

Our 7-year-old Golden Retriever so enjoys his antler - - we refer to it as his "bone"! We ask him "where's your bone" and he will survey the house to find where he was last indulging his desire to chew! Recommend highly for Golden Retrievers who love chewing! So I love these because of the marrow that can be chewed on easily. Cuda is not as big of a fan of these as the moose chews. She still chews on these but only for a short time. I do not buy antlers anywhere except mountain dog chews! Cuda is going to be 6 in September and her teeth are spotless and I swear it is because of your antlers!!! Thank you so much

We have been giving our 85-pound Golden Retriever Mountain Dog Chews for several years now and highly recommend them. We had an experience recently with a "bully stick" which had been given to our dog as a gift from one of his doggie "friends" for his birthday. Long story, short: He ended up in emergency with a large piece of it lodged in his intestine. We had to do x-rays and watch him for a couple of days, worrying that it would not pass and he would face surgery.....Luckily, it did...several days later (and hundreds of dollars for the vet bill!). If you have a dog who is an aggressive chewer, I believe these Chews are the best thing to give them. Don't make the mistake we did; the outcome might not be as good for your fur-baby. I used these to introduce my two pups to antlers. My dogs are more gentle chewers and these reward enough to keep them engaged.

I'm a dog trainer, and I'm always on the hunt for the safest, most enjoyable products for my dog and my clients' dogs. This antler is the one I've been looking for! Thick cut and high quality, I have no concerns about splintering or breaking. The dog can gnaw down the antler gradually, as intended. The quarter split is perfect for introducing dogs who are new to antlers, or gentler chewers who need less of a challenge to stay engaged. If you were unsure about the smoked options- don't be!!! They smell amazing, and the dogs think so too. Just a heads up, if your dog has a phobia of smoke, the scent could be aversive to them. I'm going to be switching to a half-split option next time. My Aussie has definitely gotten the hang of this and wants a challenge.

I ordered the quartered elk antler-size x-large. I was surprised when they sent a split (half cut) mammoth size elk antler. I'm not sure why they seemed to upgrade me to the half cut, which is more expensive. But, I'm glad they did. My dog loves his new antler bones and I couldn't be happier with the service. I've tried a few other companies, but their antler sizes are inferior to this company. Will be ordering from here again soon. Thanks for great service and prompt delivery.
