Shipping Policy

 

We use only the most reputable shipping services (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). We currently do not ship international addresses; however, we are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. If your order qualifies for free or promotional discounted shipping, it will be shipped to you via a shipping provider we select in our sole discretion.

WE OFFER $7.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING (VIA UPS) ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 (i.e., the lower 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia).

NOTE: Unfortunately, we currently are not able to provide (i) $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping or (ii) Free Shipping to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or any of the off-shore U.S. territories and possessions.

Returns Policy

 

We stand behind our products. Our return policy is to offer a refund of the product price (excluding any amounts of shipping expense incurred by us or you) if you are unsatisfied for any reason; provided, however, that you, the customer, are responsible for returning to us the product in unopened, saleable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you plan to effect a return, we need to be notified within one week of your receipt of our products, after which time all sales are final.

If you would like to process a return, please contact Mountain Dog Chews via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the appropriately returned merchandise. If you received free or discounted shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when effecting your return.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns of any used items or any antler chew products due to safety concerns.

At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you will never need to return any product to us.
